Shipping

Kindly anticipate a processing time of 24-48 hours following the receipt of payment confirmation for your order. Our dedicated team meticulously selects and conducts thorough inspections on each item before dispatching them to you. Please note that this processing timeframe does not include weekends, as our shipments operate from Monday through Friday.
During peak sale seasons or holiday periods, we kindly ask for your understanding as processing times may extend up to 3-5 business days due to increased order volumes. It's important to note that weekends are not factored into this processing timeline.
Once your order is processed, you can anticipate receiving a tracking number via email. If you have any inquiries or require assistance with your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at contact@theunveiledfaces.com.
Please note that it may take 3-5 days after shipment for our logistics partners to activate the tracking number. However, rest assured that your item will be delivered as expected.
During our flash sales, promotional events, or peak periods of high demand, there might be a slight delay in processing your order. Kindly allow our team an additional 1-3 days to carefully select and pack your items. Rest assured, orders are dispatched in the sequence they are received, ensuring fairness and efficiency. You will be promptly notified via email as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Returns & Shipping
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items purchased at a discount exceeding 20%, such as those offered during events like Black Friday, Boxing Day, Flash Sales, Cyber Monday, Canada Day, Easter, and other holidays, are ineligible for return. Only exchanges or store credit will be provided for such items.
Furthermore, items purchased at a discount exceeding 60%, including those obtained during Black Friday, Boxing Day, Flash Sales, Cyber Monday, Canada Day, Easter, and other holidays, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@theunveiledfaces.com.
Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions upon returning the item will result in Unveiled Faces Clothing LLC retaining the right to return the item to the sender.
You have a 14-day window starting from the processing date of your order to initiate a cancellation request via email at contact@theunveiledfaces.com. If you seek a refund or exchange, it's your responsibility to return the item/s to The Unveiled Faces' office. The Unveiled Faces does not furnish pre-paid return labels; you will bear the shipping costs for returns.
Please email us and including your Order # and reason for return/exchange.
Depending on your chosen shipping method and carrier, it may take several days for your return package to reach us.
Once we receive your return, please allow three business days for processing. During sale periods, this process may extend up to 5 business days.
Returns to The Unveiled Faces must be made via mail.
For full-priced items returned and inspected, we offer refunds to your original payment method.
For any returned sale items or those purchased with a discount code, we may provide store credit on an e-gift card. Terms apply.
Please retain proof of postage and ship your return with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost or stolen during transit.
Unveiled Faces Clothing LLC does not offer prepaid return labels at this time; the responsibility for covering the shipping costs for returns rests with you.
Please monitor the shipment tracking for your return as it travels back to us. Once it has been received at our office, please allow a processing time of 3 working days (up to 5 working days during sale periods). Upon completion of the processing, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your refund. Please note that it may take an additional 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Customs & Taxes
Your shipment will originate from our US-based warehouse. Please note that all packages entering your country may undergo customs processing and may incur customs duties, taxes, or other fees. It is your responsibility to cover any applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your government.
We cannot guarantee whether or not you will incur customs duties or taxes. Prior to making a purchase, we recommend contacting your country's customs office to inquire about the specific charges and rates for packages originating from outside your country.
Our United States-based distribution center provides global shipping services!
Please note that certain countries enforce restrictions on imported goods. Prior to placing an order, we recommend verifying your country's shipping regulations to confirm the eligibility of the items you intend to purchase for importation.
Ordering
Each item undergoes thorough inspection to ensure it meets our rigorous standards. Nonetheless, occasional oversight may occur. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item/size is sent, kindly contact us at contact@theunveiledfaces.com along with your Order Number and a brief overview of the concern.
We are committed to assisting you by either replacing the item or refunding its price to your original payment method upon your request. Should the product be determined to be free of defects or beyond the warranty period, it will be promptly returned to you.
Kindly reach out to us via email at contact@theunveiledfaces.com, using the subject line "CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER: (INSERT ORDER NUMBER)." We will make every effort to accommodate your request promptly. Please note that once an order has been packaged and dispatched for delivery, we are unable to make adjustments.
Cancellations are only possible within the initial 12 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and any incurred shipping fees may be retained
If you find that an item you ordered is not included in the online order confirmation you receive after placing your order, it is likely that the item has been removed due to being out of stock. In such cases, you will receive an email notification informing you of any out-of-stock items you have purchased. However, if you have not received any email notification regarding changes to your order but still notice a missing item, please contact us immediately, providing the following details:

- Description of Missing Item(s)
Our dedicated support team will promptly investigate the matter and work to resolve the issue for you as swiftly as possible.
Please note that all claims for missing items must be submitted within seven days from the date of delivery of your order.
